1. Baked Chicken

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the chicken on a lined baking sheet or in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs/spices.
  4. Bake for about 25-30 minutes for breasts and 35-45 minutes for thighs or drumsticks, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Instructions:
